Step 1

Test your connection speed

This step allows you to see if your system and internet connection are compatible with our live broadcasts. The connection speed is determined by your bandwidth (the amount of information your internet connection can transfer) The connection speed is measured in bits per second (bps) The actual speed depends on the type of internet subscription you have as well as the connection of your internet service provider. In order to fully enjoy the high quality (HQ) broadcasts your connection speed has to be higher than 1 Mbps. In case of a lower speed, only standard quality (SQ) will be available. Your connection speed is tested automatically. Afterwards you have the opportunity to watch the suggested quality with a test video.

Make your selection

After the connection test is completed, you can select which type of ticket you want by selecting the checkbox corresponding to your choice. Once you have made your choice, click “Go to step 2”.

Step 2

Create your customer account

We thank you for taking a few minutes of your time to create your customer account. Please make sure that you enter a valid email address and a username of your choice. All information entered will be handled in the strictest confidence. Once your account is created, click “go to step 3”.

You already have an account

If you already have an account, you can enter your username and password and continue with your transaction by clicking “go to step 3”.

Step 3

In the third step you can review your order and personal information. To continue with your transaction and finalize your purchase, click “proceed to payment”. At this point you are automatically transferred to our partner, Ogone (secure payment service provider), to finalize the payment.

You are a new customer and have just created your account

After you have made your payment, you will receive two emails:

An email containing your username and password, needed to connect to the site.
A confirmation email of your order with the access ticket(s), each containing the title of the chosen opera, the date and hour of the broadcast and your username and password, which allow you to connect to the site..

A confirmation email of your order, with the access ticket of your chosen subscription. It will also mention the title(s) of the chosen opera(s), the date and hour of the broadcast as well as your username and password which allow you to connect to the site.

After you have made your payment, you will receive a confirmation email of your order, with the access ticket(s) of your chosen subscription. Log in

Once you have created your account, you can access the site anytime you want via “Log in” in the menu. Just enter your username and password and click enter.
