Vincent Longuemare

Born in Dieppe, he studied at Paris VIII and the INSAS in Bruxelles. He began working with directors like Philippe Sireuil, Michel Dezoteux, Jean-claude Berutti, Leila Nabulsi,… Later he started to dedicate himself to contemporary theatre and dance companies like Theatre Varia, L'Atelier St- Anne,…

In 1996 he moved to Italy and worked with companies like Sosta Palmizi, Teatro delle Albe, Déja Donné, Teatro Kismet,… Some of the productions he worked for include Miles, Hecuba and her Children, The Birds by Aristophanes, Beauty and the Beast,… For operas he has collaborated with directors like Mietta Corli, Daniele Abbaddo and Cristina Muti.

In 2007 he was awarded the "PREMIO UBU SPECIALE FOR LIGHT DESIGN".
